1. Flourless Chocolate Chip Marshmallow White Bean Cookies – Gluten Free Daddy
Yes, these are made with navy beans! Think about it, how could a gluten-free cookie get any better? They couldn’t. The beans make it so you don’t need flour plus they make them really moist and give them a lot of protein. Better yet they look like “normal” chocolate chip cookies. That is really important especially for children because they won’t eat anything that doesn’t look like they think it should.
2. Paleo Strawberry Ice Cream with Rhubarb Swirl – My Natural Family
Strawberries – Bananas – Rhubarb – Coconut Milk – Honey
This ice cream is made with coconut milk which makes it really creamy plus it’s dairy-free. The bananas and strawberries make it sweet and flavorful and the rhubarb gives it a little tangy kick. Five ingredients that are all good and natural makes it’s both easy to make and healthy. If you really don’t like rhubarb you could substitute another fruit that you think would be good. I would consider raspberries or peaches or extra strawberries.
3. Chocolate Peppermint Paleo Macaroons Christmas Cookies – My Natural Family
These could possibly be my favorite cookie, ever. I love chocolate and peppermint together. They are so easy to make that my daughter makes them all the time. They have to be baked or cooked at all. The hardest part is waiting for them to cool and set in the frig for an hour. The candy canes are just for show because they aren’t Paleo. You can get all the peppermint flavor you need with the peppermint essential oil. If you aren’t 100% strict Paleo, go ahead and add a little bit of peppermint candy, I won’t tell anyone.
4. Peanut Butter Chocolate Freezer Fudge – Clean Eating Recipes
You can’t get much easier than this. Seriously, there are only 4 ingredients in the fudge and most of the work is done by the food processor and the freezer. The ingredients are all healthy but it’s still creamy and rich and everyone will eat it up real quick. Don’t be so skeptical, give it a try, I don’t think you’ll be sorry.
5. 4 Ingredient, No-Bake Dark Chocolate Pecan Bars – Clean Eating Recipes
These chocolate pecan bars are a lot like Rice Krispie treats but they are made with pecans in place of the puffed rice. I also used brown rice syrup as a sweetener instead of marshmallows. These bars really hit the spot for me. Think about it – 10 minutes and 4 ingredients, you can’t get any easier than that.
Plus all of the ingredients are easy to keep on hand in the pantry. These bars a good for last minutes emergencies when you don’t want to spend a lot of time making something but you need something sweet.
6. Wendy’s Copycat Paleo Frosty – My Natural Family
Everyone loves Wendy’s Frostys, right? Well everyone I know does. The problem is that they definitely are NOT Paleo. All that processed STUFF. So I set out to make my own homemade copycat frosty recipe. These are yum yum yummy and easy to make. They are also great for anyone on a dairy-free diet.
7. 5 Ingredient Paleo Chocolate Pie with Coconut Crust – My Natural Family
Can you imagine – a chocolate pie recipe with only 5 ingredients total including the crust and filling? The crust is made with coconut sugar, butter, and coconut. The filling is made with only coconut milk and chocolate. It’s crazy how easy it is to make this pie. What you end up with is a rich, creamy, smooth, and yet light chocolate pie.

These bars are sort of like Rice Krispie bars but these are so much healthier. I love the added peanut butter with the chocolate. Two things that should always be paired together. These bars are so easy to throw together with only 5 ingredients plus you don’t have to bake them. They are gluten-free and vegan but they are also really healthy. They are made with natural peanut butter, whole grains and they are sweetened with brown rice syrup instead of syrup. They make a great dessert, snack or treat.
9. No-Bake Paleo Pumpkin Fudge with Only 5 Ingredients – My Natural Family
5 ingredient paleo fudge is just about the easiest thing to make in the world. All you do is mix the ingredients together, put them in a pan of some sort and put the pan in the freezer. Yes, it has to be frozen and eaten when it’s still cold or it will be extremely soft. It’s nice to be able to just keep it in the freezer and have it on hand when you need a treat, it’ll keep for months if you want it to.
