This is tangy and sweet with some bite from the mustard. Everyone in my family loves this. Plus, it only takes 7 minutes on the BBQ!

Instructions

Marinade

  1. Put the pork in a plastic zip bag and add marinade ingredients. Smush around until everything is mixed.
  2. Put in the refrigerator and marinade for half an hour to 24 hours, the longer the better.

Cooking

  1. Turn on the grill so it gets nice and hot, at least 400F.
  2. While the grill is heating up, put the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes, or until it slightly thickens. Don’t let it hard boil or it will burn very easily.
  3. Put the pork loin chops on the grill and close the lid. Don’t peak. Let it cook for 5 minutes, then open the lid and turn the pork over and cook for 2 minutes on the second side.
  4. Remove from the grill and let set for about 3 minutes. Don’t cut it or the juices will run out and it will be dry.
  5. Serve the sauce on the side or drizzle on top and top with chopped rosemary.
