Keto meatloaf recipes make the perfect low carb meal. Think about it – when you make a meatloaf but leave out the breadcrumb binder and the catsup that’s loaded with sugar, you have a meal that’s full of protein, fat and low carb vegetables.

Catsup has too much sugar etc. I want to try making this and put the ranch sauce on it. That sounds way better to me than catsup. Catsup isn’t keto anyway. Don’t serve it with sweet potatoes, they aren’t Keto but avocado sure is.

This meatloaf made with ground chicken, homemade marinara sauce (recipe included) and all the Italian cheese and spices is like a big tray of lasagna. Minus the pasta and carbs. This isn’t your grandma’s boring nasty stuff. Try baking this in a silicone loaf pan it could change your life. Whatever you bake in it slides right out and it is one thousand times easier to clean up. There will be no going back to those metal or glass bread pans. You’ll probably throw them in the garbage.

You know how your mother’s meatloaf was crammed full of catsup that’s full of sugar or even worse high fructose corn syrup. Well, this has a homemade sauce made with canned tomatoes and spices that really good. The sauce sinks into the meat and makes it come out juicy and full of flavor. It’s so good the whole family will want to eat it.
5. Cheeseburger Meatloaf – Jam Hands
With this recipe, you get a pretty substantial serving of meat with only two carbs. That makes it so that you can make up the majority of your carbs for the meal with your side dishes. She says it doesn’t have the exact texture of a regular meatloaf. But I’m not sure what a regular meatloaf texture is anyway. I don’t think I’ve had any two that are exactly the same. Even when using the same recipe. She says to add fresh onion, but I just discovered frozen fresh chopped onions in the freezer section of our local Winco grocery store. I hate cutting up onions and I just solved that problem big time.

This includes a homemade tomato sauce recipe that is both delicious and Keto. That’s a win-win in my opinion. It’s made with almond flour in place of breadcrumbs. The almond flour works great. I actually use almond flour in my meatballs recipes too to thicken them up and hold everything together. It works great, you don’t even know it’s there but it does its job with ease.

They read my mind again. I’ve been eating gluten-free for quite some time now. When everyone else is having a hamburger with a bun on it I have a beef patty with salsa on it. This is pretty much the same concept. The salsa adds so much flavor and makes it perfectly moist. It’s something your whole family can get their head around. Everybody loves Mexican flavors and salsa. That is except my dad. He has the strangest taste buds.

The bacon on this adds so much flavor and makes it so nice and moist. You know so good about meatloaf? It’s low in carbs. You can hide the vegetables inside especially if they are grated and you’re trying to get more vegetables in your kids. The leftovers make a great breakfast for the next morning. It can be frozen as individual slices between layers of parchment paper and you can defrost it a slice at a time. You can hide the cheese in the middle of it for a really fun surprise. The kids will love that melted cheese as it drizzles out of the center of the loaf. It’s really good served with cauliflower or beets.
