Here are 9 of the best ever Keto cookie recipes which I think would be great for Christmas or anytime you want some delicious cookies without the carbs. I know, I’m pretty sure you didn’t think you could eat cookies on a Keto diet. Well, it’s not true, YOU CAN.
I’m not sure it’s a good idea to make cookies everyday but I think it’s okay for a treat once in awhile. Even though there isn’t any sugar in any of these recipes, they all have sugar substitutes which are allowed on the Keto diet. I just think it’s best to not eat a lot of sugar substitutes either. I don’t totally trust them. I’m afraid in 10 years some government agency will decide they cause cancer or something. It seems that always happens.
Also, I just think it’s best to not train your body to get used to eating a lot of foods that taste sweet whether they have sugar or not. But what do I know? My main theory is that we should apply moderation in all things. Meaning we shouldn’t eat a lot of any one kind of food. We should control our appetites and eat well balanced nutritional meals.
I also realize that some people just can’t tolerate some foods. So we all just do the best we can. For instance my Mom doesn’t eat any sugar at all, so in some ways she follows a Keto diet but not totally. She can’t eat dairy either or wheat so she just eats what she can eat. My mom has a lot of self control and almost never cheats and eats what she knows her body can tolerate.
It’s easier for her because she remembers what she feels like when she eats something she shouldn’t. I’m still proud of her because she can go to a big family party and watch everyone else eating cakes and cookies and pies and she just watches everyone else eat what she can’t.
I do think Christmas is a nice time to splurge and it’s okay to eat a couple cookies now and then. These recipes are the best Keto cookie recipes you can find. I’ve done all the “hunting” for you and all you have to do is decide which ones you want to try. That could be a hard decision.

With only four ingredients they take about 15 minutes to make the dough. You will need a rolling pin and some cookie cutters though. If you don’t have cookie cutters and don’t want to buy any. My grandmother used to always use a drinking glass upside down to cut out round cookies.
