1. Four Ingredient Easy Meal Prep Chicken with Salsa – Gluten Free Daddy
Chicken Breasts – Salsa – Cheddar Cheese – Parsley or Cilantro
This is one of the easiest recipes in the world to make for dinner. The best part is it’s gluten-free too. Sometimes I make extra and use the leftovers the next night to make things like burritos, tacos, taco salad. Sometimes I just eat it for lunch the next day too. It’s yummy easy.
2. Baked Chicken in Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce – Gluten Free Daddy
This Gluten-Free baked chicken is so easy to make but it still have a deep rich flavor. You don’t need to make the sauce separate or brown the chicken. I’ve learned the art of simplifying recipes and this one is a classic example of how I do that. I don’t spend time thawing, browning, picking out bones and you don’t need to either.
3. Nourishing Crock Pot Chicken Soup – My Natural Family
I call this chicken soup “nourishing” because it not only has fresh hearty vegetables and juicy tender chicken. You create your own chicken broth by using bone-in chicken thighs. You could make it more nourishing by adding some additional chicken bones so you can get even more bone broth flavor if you want to. You could add cooked noodles later after you’ve served portions for the Paleo eaters, if you have some people in your home that don’t eat Paleo.
4. Mediterranian Grilled Chicken + Spiced Creamy Sauce – My Natural Family
I think it really cool how a few simple ingredients can change a dish from plain to delicious. This uses a basic chicken marinade which really helps with the flavor. Of course the creamy sauce helps a lot too. You can either grill the chicken, bake it or fry it. That’s up to you and a good way to make this recipe your own.
5. Baked Lemon & Browned Butter Chicken – My Natural Family
This one of my favorite chicken recipes. I love how it gets such a deep flavor when it’s browned in the brown butter. Those yummy bits of browning on the bottom of the pan and so delicious. I really like how I can do other things while it’s baking like make side dishes or take a nap. Ha ha, that never happens. But I can always dream, right?
6. Indian Chicken Coconut Korma – My Natural Family
I think I can safely say that this is my all time favorite chicken recipe I make. I’ve made this about a hundred times in the last few years. It’s easy, flavorful and filling. It’s a lot cheaper and healthier and tastes a lot better than eating out at a restaurant. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry. Serve this over cauliflower rice to make sure it’s Keto.
7. Chicken Alfredo Bake – My Natural Family
Alfredo sauce has always been one of my favorites. Since I was forced to eat dairy-free and gluten-free I really missed my Alfredo sauce. I decided to do something about it so I developed this Paleo Alfredo sauce. I’m really pleased with how it turned out. It is not only one of the easiest recipes to make, it’s also jam packed with flavors and so incredibly delicious. The sauce is made our of cauliflower. The result is this soft silky sauce which makes the perfect Paleo Alfredo topping.
8. Simple Chicken Curry – My Natural Family
I’ve made this countless times. It’s really good and really simple and full of flavor. I probably would have starved by now if I didn’t discover Indian food. Indian food is easy to make Paleo and it’s usually naturally gluten-free. Serve this curry over cauliflower rice. Cook this in a skillet. It just isn’t the same when cooked in a crock pot or in the oven. You get that wonderful caramelization when cooked in a skillet.
9. Indian Saag Paneer – My Natural Family
Spinach – Onion – Tomatoes – Chicken or Lamb – Coconut Milk
I love how this Indian Saag gets my children and I to eat more veggies. It’s so cool how spinach is transformed, so much so that you can’t even tell it’s spinach. Except that it’s still green. My kids don’t even know it’s healthy and they beg for it, they love it so much. Make cauliflower rice to serve it over.
