I love Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies! Alright, so I don’t know about you guys but I REALLY LOVE peanut butter anything! It is so delicious and peanut butter cookies are definitely a weakness of mine. Since I’ve had to eat gluten-free, I’ve been collecting Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies recipes and listed here are 9 of the best.
I really didn’t want to “have” to give up peanut butter cookies to live a gluten-free lifestyle, so I’m so happy I found so many recipes. I wanted to be able to enjoy a favorite treat without having all the effects eating gluten does to my stomach!
Are you the type of person who loves crunchy or soft peanut butter cookies? I hate it when they get crunchy cause I love them soft. They are really easy to overcook. You often have to take them out of the oven when they don’t even look done because if you wait until they are brown, it’s too late.
Another trick I’ve learned is that those recipes with brown sugar in them dry out really quickly if you are storing them, so make sure and put something in the container to keep the cookies moist. I often use an old heel of a piece of bread that no one wants, or they do make little clay figures you soak in water.
Another thing I love to do when the cookies get hard is to dunk them in milk. But that isn’t a problem with some of the gluten-free peanut butter cookie recipes I have here because they are raw or have no flour of any kind in them. Several of these recipes are made with gluten-free oatmeal and some are made with alternative gluten-free flours. No milk necessary anymore.
I would love to know what your favorite gluten-free peanut butter cookies are and if I should add the recipe to the list below.

1. Raw Peanut Butter Bites (Copycat LaraBar) – Clean Eating Recipes
Now you don’t have to pay twice as much money and buy LaraBars anymore. You can make your own in just a few minutes. Homemade LaraBars are a lot more healthy besides being less expensive and they don’t have that chemical taste the outside of LaraBars do. Seriously, I think the outside of them taste like some kind of chemicals. Think about it, how can they keep that long without a preservative in them. Actually, I have bought some that when I opened them, they were moldy. These are so easy, throw peanuts, dates, and salt in a blender or food processors, roll them in balls and they’re ready to eat. I think they taste a whole lot better too.

These gluten-free cookies have a peanut butter filling on a chocolate brownie cookie base with easy chocolate topping. 7. 5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Chips – Gluten Free Daddy
These days 5 ingredient peanut butter cookies are very popular and easy to find. I like that they are clean and gluten-free. What I didn’t like about all the recipes I found stated specifically to not use natural peanut butter. I don’t eat peanut butter that isn’t natural. It’s not healthy at all. It’s full of unhealthy oils and if you’ve ever looked at the ingredients, sugar is the second ingredient on the list. It so messes with my blood sugar which is not good. I was determined to come up with a good peanut butter cookie recipe made with natural peanut butter. I spent a lot of time experimenting and these cookies are the delicious result. The most important thing I discovered is that you have to stir the peanut butter really well. I mix mine with an electric mixer with one beater or my stick blender right in the bottle.
8. The Ultimate Soft & Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies – Amy’s Healthy Baking
Now we are talking, a recipe for those soft and chewy peanut butter cookies. This recipe does not have a ton of ingredients and is simple to make. They don’t have any flour in them but uses oats to give them the texture of a cookie.
9. Peanut Butter Cookies – Veggie Balance
These 6 ingredient simple peanut butter cookies use almond flour only making them gluten-free. They also call for honey as a natural sweetener instead of refined sugar. Not only are these cookies gluten-free they are also dairy-free and vegan-friendly. These will work for people with all types of special diet needs and those who can any ingredients! Yay for having a recipe that will work for everyone!
