All of these gluten-free chicken recipes have been pinned at least 50,000 times on Pinterest. People pin recipes they like so this means they like these recipes the most. They all look so good and I want to try every single one of them. Since I’ve had to go gluten-free it’s been hard at times to find gluten-free chicken recipes. It seems they all have breading or pasta or something else that adds unnecessary gluten that I don’t want in my diet. None of these recipes do that.
Why do you pin recipes on Pinterest? I pin things because I like the look of them or the idea and I want to save them so I can find easily later. Is that why you pin things on Pinterest? If it is then these must be the gluten-free chicken recipes that everyone likes the most. At least they think they look good and know they might like to try them. I’m wondering if you actually go back and try the recipes you pin or if it’s just fun to collect the pretty pictures. Do you go back and try the recipes you pin? Have you tried any of these recipes? If so which ones do you like?

White chicken chili is really popular, there’s a good reason for that. It’s flavorful, light and healthy. It’s particularly easy and more flavorful when made in a slow cooker. I make this for a large group quite often. It’s easy to just throw everything into the slow cooker and let it cook while I’m getting ready. Whether I’m taking it to someone else’s house or having company come to my house. My slow cooker has handles on it with clips that hold the lid on real tight. That makes it especially easy to carry it to someone else’s house.
This is one of my most popular recipes – and for good reason. The chicken is delicious and it tastes just like a fajita, but you don’t even miss the tortillas because of the delicious sauce. Lots of times we have served it without the lettuce just as BBQ chicken with a sauce and fajita vegetables on the side and my whole extended family loves it and requests it. And we can eat what everyone else is having without feeling like we’re eating something different. Sometimes we even serve it with normal people things, like either tortilla’s, sour cream, cheese, etc. so people can make their own fajitas or just as BBQ chicken and we have other people bring sides.

I invented a method of breading the chicken right in the pan. It makes this so much easier to make plus I don’t have touch the raw chicken with my fingers. I use tongs to turn the chicken over. It’s much less messy plus it’s easier and faster. It’s quick enough that I can make it for a weeknight meal. You can use this method for pretty much any chicken that needs to be coated with flour before you brown it.
Chicken Breasts – Potatoes – Carrots – Green Beans
These chicken wings have an Asian flair that is saucy, sticky, tangy and sweet. They are so easy to make, so flavorful and are so tender they will fall off the bone. One thing I like about this recipe is that it’s not spicy, it’s sweet. You don’t have to use the blue cheese dip if you don’t want to. Plus this is a one dish meal and you don’t need the dip at all.
