These are 9 of the best ever gluten-free cheesecake recipes. You can make your favorite cheesecake dessert recipes gluten-free now. Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts. Well, put it this way – I just love cream cheese – so that’s why I love cheesecake. Now that I’ve gone gluten-free I’ve been trying to find gluten-free cheesecake recipes and it was a little harder than I thought it might be.
The problem was that I found a whole bunch of gluten-free cheesecake recipes but most of them were vegan and I don’t want to eat all that vegan stuff in my cheesecake. I want some cheese in my cheesecake.
I did manage to find 9 good gluten-free cheesecake recipes though. It was quite interesting for me to see all of the different kinds of gluten-free crust.
I found several cheesecake recipes with no crust at all. At first thought, I was thinking, oh no yuck. Then I got to thinking, you know before I went gluten-free when I had cheesecake I usually didn’t eat much of the crust anyway – I just wanted the good stuff. Plus, it’s easier. So I decided no crust might be a good option.
I’m going to try out a crustless cheesecake recipe. How about you, are you willing too?

Gluten-Free Cheesecake Recipes
1. Skinny Berry Cheesecake – Healthy World Cuisine
For our first recipe on the list, we have a crust that is simply made of crushed almonds, butter, and sugar. This dessert does not use graham crackers and has a nutty flavor instead. They also added berries on top to add color and it could be made for a patriotic holiday with the red, white, and blue. If you want you could replace the strawberries or blueberries with a different berry or fruit of your choice.
2. New York Style Cheesecake – Hunger Thirst Play
Before looking at a lot of different cheesecake recipes I thought they would be all pretty similar but then I found there is quite a bit of variation. This cheesecake is New York Style and I wasn’t sure what that means but Hunger Thirst Play explains it as a bit denser or heavier while still being creamy. It is a little sweeter while still keeping the tanginess of the cream cheese. The crust also has a hint of cinnamon in it.
3. Mini Cheesecakes – Texanerin Baking
Almond Flour – Sugar – Lemon Zest – Butter – Cream Cheese – Vanilla – Eggs – Berries
If you don’t want to make a full cheesecake or you want mini smaller ones already portioned out or simply because they are cute and easier to serve this could be a good option for you. These cheesecakes are also good for freezing so you could make them ahead of time and then take them out when you are ready to use them.
4. Japanese Cheesecake – Gluten-Free on a Shoestring
Gluten-Free Flour – Cornstarch – Eggs – Milk – Butter – Cream Cheese – Lemon Juice – Cream of Tartar – Sugar
This next one does not have a crust and is Japanese style which can be explained as a crossover of New York Style and a sponge cake. So it has the flavor of a traditional cheesecake but the light fluffy airiness of a sponge cake. This sounds like a great option and I would love to try out this recipe which is why I have included it in this list for you to consider!
5. Lemon & White Chocolate Cheesecake – The Kiwi Cook
This cheesecake is pretty similar to “regular” cheesecake, in fact, the original calls for all-purpose flour but the blogger said she just substitutes for gluten-free flour. I love that the cheesecake is a combination of white chocolate and lemon. Any time I have had those two together it has always tasted good!
6. Skinny Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes with Pecan Crust – Joyful Healthy Eats
This next one looks so good! Anything pumpkin flavored I am willing to try! This one uses pecans to create the crust. This would be a good one to try in the fall time. I always have pumpkin puree in my pantry ready to be used on something tasty like these mini cheesecakes.
7. Cranberry Cheesecake – Freshly Zested
This next one would also be a good fall dessert and would work well for a holiday party, Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, you choose. It is flavored with orange zest and cranberries and the crust uses almond flour which adds to the overall flavor.
8. Almond Joy Cheesecake – Gimme Some Oven
This next cheesecake is based on the flavors that can be found in an Almond Joy candy bar which includes coconut, almond, and chocolate. This is a great one for chocolate lovers it is full of chocolate and nutty flavor.
9. White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake – Living Healthy with Chocolate
The last one I have for you on this list is a layered cheesecake with the bottom as the crust made with almond flour. Then a layer of chocolate. Next, a layer of the cheesecake filling part and topped off with the strawberry toppings. This sounds like a great combination of flavors.
