  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Blend (until a smooth batter forms) all the ingredients except the chocolate chips
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips
  4. Pour into a greased 8×8 baking pan
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
