This simple, healthy, and delicious easy miso salmon recipe comes together super-fast and is bursting with flavor. Plus, it only has 5 ingredients and is gluten-free.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients, except the salmon, in saucepan to create the sauce
  3. Heat the sauce over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens and becomes more like a glaze (approx. 5-7 minutes)
  4. Place the salmon on a baking dish covered in parchment paper
  5. Brush the glaze over the fish
  6. Bake the fish for 20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork, pausing to reglaze every 5 minutes
  7. Remove the fish from oven and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds

Notes

I served mine with some sauted brussels sprouts
