I have 9 of the best ever low carb and easy Keto crockpot recipes right here. Keto recipes that are real Keto sure are hard to find. No worries – I’ve got your back!
I love my crockpot, we are best friends forever – BFF’S. I love my crockpot because it is so easy to make up a meal. My crockpot loves me because I use her all the time; she doesn’t feel left out like my frying pan does. That’s how much I use my crockpot.
There are several reasons I like my crockpot so much. First of all, it easy to just put things inside of it, turn it on and let it cook. I can come back 8 hours later or more and dinner is ready.
Another reason is I only have one pot to clean. I hate when I cook and I have a whole dishwasher full of dirty dishes just from making dinner. That doesn’t include the dishes we used to eat dinner, like the plates, glasses and serving bowls.
I also like how the flavors of the meal blend together while the meal is cooking. That makes for a delicious meal. I also like that a crockpot is easy to take to a party or to a friend or neighbors house because they come with a built-in lid. You can also just plug it in when you get to wherever you’re going and keep it warm or even continue cooking it.
Have fun with these Keto crockpot recipes and enjoy making dinner tonight and each and every other night.

Keto Crockpot Recipes
1. Nourishing Paleo Chicken Soup Crock Pot Kale – My Natural Family
Chicken Thighs – Carrots – Onion – Kale – Chicken Broth – Real Salt – Black Pepper – Fresh Thyme – Garlic
I call this chicken soup “nourishing” because it not only has fresh hearty vegetables and juicy tender chicken. You create your own chicken broth by using bone-in chicken thighs.
This soup is made in the crockpot so of course it’s made in one pot. It is loaded with fall off the bone, tender chicken, and bright vegetables. It’s chocked full with juicy, tender chicken besides the hearty vegetables. This will cure whatever ails you. You could make it more nourishing by adding some additional chicken bones so you can get even more bone broth flavor if you want to.
2. Paleo Pork Roast Slow Cooker Recipe with a Sugar Free Chimichurri Sauce – My Natural Family
Pork Roast – Olive Oil – Carrots – Onion – Real Salt – Paleo Chimichurri Sauce Recipe
This is my favorite way to make pot roast for three reasons. I cook it in the crockpot which always means it’s easy to make. I start cooking it just before I go to bed or low and it’s done for dinner the next evening. I always do this with a frozen roast because if you use a thawed out roast it will be cooked too much. The best reason I like this is that of the chimichurri sauce. It’s divine, I could eat it on almost anything. In fact, I have tried it on a lot of things and it never fails. Don’t add the veggies the night before though. Sometimes I like my vegetables steamed and I don’t put them in the crock pot at all. It’s just personal preference but it’s really hard to get veggies in the crock pot at the right time and not cook them too much. My advice is “do it your way”.
3. Pork Chili Verde Crock Pot Recipe – My Natural Family
Tomatillos – Anaheim Peppers – Olive Oil – Pork Roast – Onions – Garlic – Oregano – Cumin – Paprika – Chili Powder – Real Salt – Cilantro – Green Chilies – Chicken Broth – Lime – Avocado
This is the best soup to make and eat on a cold winter day. The meat is easy because all you do is cut a pork roast into pieces. This is made in a crock pot but you could easily simmer this in a covered pot on the stove top for about 2 hours. You may need to add more chicken broth if too much of the liquid boils off. I made this for my brother’s wedding dinner and everyone loved it. He told his new wife that I am a really good cook. Thanks Bro!
4. Paleo Short Ribs with Garlic and Rosemary – My Natural Family
Beef Short Ribs – Real Salt – Black Pepper – Tomato Paste – Olive Oil – Onion – Garlic – Balsamic Vinegar – Fresh Rosemary – Red Wine or Beef Broth
These short ribs are really easy to make because there are only seven ingredients. That’s one way I judge whether something is easy to make or not. I used to think that BBQ ribs and short ribs were basically the same things. I was wrong again. I like the texture of short ribs better and I think they have a richer flavor. They have more flavor because which comes from the fat, the bone and where the meat is on the cow. I brown the ribs first then cook them in a crockpot which makes them so tender they fall off the bone.
5. Best Slow Cooker Paleo Chicken Tikka Masala – My Natural Family
Chicken Thighs – Onion – Tomatoes – Coconut Milk – Olive Oil – Garlic – Real Salt – Garam Marsala – Paprika – Tomato Paste – Cilantro
This crockpot chicken tikka masala is from traditional Indian cuisine but this is a simplified version. It’s not exactly like you would find in India or an authentic Indian restaurant. It is easy, simple and healthy. I use coconut milk as one of the main ingredients. I brown the chicken with the spices and onion first so it develops a nice rich flavor for the sauce. You can buy Garam Masala in a typical Indian grocery store. I’ve also seen it in some regular grocery stores. So I think it’s becoming more popular and people are loving it more.
6. Crock Pot Chicken Soup – Cook Eat Paleo
Onion – Celery – Carrots – Apple Cider Vinegar – Herbes de Provence – Chicken Breasts – Chicken Thighs – Real Salt – Black Pepper
This is a simple chicken soup that would be great to have when you have a cold or just in the winter when you are cold and want something brothy to help you warm up!
7. Beef & Pumpkin Stew Recipe in the Slow Cooker – Recipe This
Stew Meat – Pumpkin – Coconut Oil – Sage – Mixed Herbs – Rosemary – Thyme – Real Salt – Black Pepper
The next crockpot meal is a simple beef and pumpkin stew. This would be a great recipe to put in the crock pot on a busy autumn afternoon and then be able to come back to it when you are ready to eat it. The longer it stews the better right?!
8. Tropical Paleo Slow Cooker Pork Roast Recipe – Pure and Simple Nourishment
Red Bell Peppers – Pineapple – Coconut Milk – Chives – Basil – Oregano – Real Salt – Pork Shoulder Roast
Here is a crockpot meal for a roast with pineapple and peppers. This is a simple protein meal that works so well in the crockpot because of the juices from the pineapple marinate the roast.
9. Easy Crock Pot Chicken Stew – Gal On A Mission
Chicken Stock – Carrots – Celery – Onion – Chicken Thighs – Rosemary – Garlic – Thyme – Oregano – Spinach – Heavy Cream – Xanthan Gum – Real Salt – Black Pepper

I like this basic one – https://amzn.to/2yqtQo8
This article was truly enjoyable. I’ve heard some people say that vegetables slow down ketosis simply because physicians dictate you to consume meals with high levels of fat in order to get the body used to eat less. Nevertheless, vegetables are necessary because they not only contain vitamins but the carbohydrates that the body is really meant to consume. Particularly coming from veggies that are not very sweet like celery. Besides the articles of this blog, this app has helped me learn more about what to consume to reach my weight loss goal.
Thanks for commenting. I appreciate your thoughts.
Emilio, when it comes to diet, you should consult with a dietician and a nutritionist. That is what they specialize in. A physician does not.
Norman, thanks for the recipes.
