I think it would be good with some chicken added or on the side. It has a tender yet firm texture like a great risotto rice is supposed to have.

In fact, I think it’s one of my favorite foods. That cauliflower crust looks so crisp and crunchy made with the fried parmesan cheese and cauliflower. You could use it for a pizza crust or just eat it like breadsticks. Love that cheese on top!
